What the waitlist collects

If you join the waitlist, Hourroll stores your email address, your name and what you teach if you chose to fill those in, the date you joined, which form you used, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash exists to slow down automated signups, and the address itself is never written down.

That record is held in two places: Hourroll's own server, and Supabase, the hosted database Hourroll uses to keep the list. The IP hash stays on the server and is never copied to Supabase. Nobody else receives any of it. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not fed to an analytics service. This page carries no trackers and sets no cookies.

It is used to email you: once when early access opens, and now and then about how Hourroll is coming along. Every one of those emails will carry an unsubscribe link.

To be removed at any point, email hello@hourroll.com and say so. The row is deleted from both places, and nothing is kept in its place.
